Summary of Amendments to AOPA
June 2004
On June 1, 2004 amendments to the Agricultural Operations Practices Act (AOPA) were proclaimed. AOPA sets out clear environmental standards for all livestock operations in Alberta. The following summarizes key areas of the AOPA legislation that were recently amended based on stakeholder consultations in 2002-2003.
