AOPA Concern #10: Insufficient Monitoring
Inadequate monitoring in areas concerning:
- Water testing
- Air quality testing
- Soil testing
At the discretion of the NRCB, CFO operators may be required to supply water testing and soil test information, which they submit to the NRCB upon request.
There is no independent party taking soil or water samples. The operators themselves are responsible for collecting all samples.
